About the 9th Annual Intellectual Property Scholars Conference

IPSC 2009 is over. Thanks to the approximately 130 scholars from over 75 institutions in 10 countries who joined us for the event. Paper abstracts will remain posted, as well as links to papers (with each presenter's permission). Preliminary information on IPSC 2010, to be hosted at UC Berkeley on August 12-13, 2010, will eventually be posted here. The host schools -- Berkeley, Cardozo, DePaul, and Stanford -- look forward to seeing you next year.

The Intellectual Property Program at Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, hosted the 9th Annual Intellectual Property Scholars Conference on August 6-7, 2009. Recordings of conference presentations are now available online.

IPSC brings together intellectual property scholars to present their works-in-progress, as well as providing young scholars with networking opportunities and allows them to benefit from advice and guidance offered by veteran academics. The IPSC format is designed to facilitate free-ranging discussion and to help people hone their ideas. The conference is co-sponsored by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, Boalt Hall School of Law; the Center for Intellectual Property, Law and Information Technology, DePaul College of Law; and the Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology, Stanford Law School.
